A Day in the Life of an Ipsos Field Market Research Interviewer
Imagine it: You’ll have a scheduled 6-hour shift (starting around 1 or 2pm), one of three you’ve pre-booked for the week, with shifts on weekdays and weekends between 9am and 8pm. You’ll drive a car to a neighbourhood near you for door-to-door visits to invite people to participate in surveys. Ipsos provides training to help you feel confident approaching people, even if they weren’t expecting a visit, and offers mileage reimbursement for travel. You’ll use a company-provided tablet to record answers. Your work helps businesses and organisations make decisions that impact your community.

Responsibilities
* Door-to-door interviewing to invite residents to participate in surveys using a company-provided tablet to record responses.
* Complete scheduled 6-hour shifts within the stated hours, across weekdays and weekends.
* Attend training provided by Ipsos to develop confidence in approaching people and conducting interviews.
* Report and log interview data via the tablet as required.
Qualifications
* Car required, with business insurance and a valid driver’s licence.
* Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable starting conversations and putting people at ease.
* Looking for a part-time role with at least 12 hours per week in pre-booked 6-hour shifts and the ability to manage your own schedule.
