Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor role:
As the Family Supervising Solicitor you will be taking on a leadership role within a supportive and progressive environment and have experience in the following areas of family and childcare law:
* Private Law Proceedings – Children’s Law
* Public Law Outline and Care Proceedings
* Non-Molestation Orders/Occupation Orders
* Domestic Abuse
* General family matters
* Divorce and financial settlements
Ideal Candidate for the Family Solicitor position::
The successful Family Solicitor candidate will ideally have:
* A minimum of 3 years’ PQE
* Proven ability to lead and supervise a growing team
* A client following (preferred)
* A driven attitude towards networking and generating new business opportunities
* Children Panel Accreditation or have a willingness to work towards panel accreditation
* Understanding of Legal aid
