Based in the heart of Birminghams Jewellery Quarter, Bespoke Quarter was established in 2021 and has grown considerably over the past 4 years.
Through the use of modern manufacturing techniques and traditional craftsmanship, we create one off pieces to the highest quality. We have a fully equipped onsite workshop where no job is too complicated for us to undertake.
Currently we are seeking a production administrator to assist with the day-to-day operations of the business. This will be a varied role where you will work alongside the workshop and office, to help deliver a high quality service.
About the Job
The role will involve daily tasks, such as
1. Liaise with Customers, Stores, Manufacturers and Designers to ensure that sales are completed and delivered on time
2. To be able to build relationships with Customers
3. Provide Quality Assurance on pieces before being released to the next process
4. Required to work in our Birmingham Office

About the Candidate
The successful candidate will ideally have the following qualifications and experience:
7. Basic working knowledge of jewellery manufacture
8. Strong administration / organisation skills
9. Good IT skills
10. A passion for bespoke jewellery
11. Good communication skills
Contract
12. Full time, Monday - Friday
13. Some extended or weekend hours may be required occasionally.
Salary
Competitive salary based on experience.
