Due to continued investment in systems, infrastructure, and digital capability, they are seeking an experienced IT Manager to take ownership of the organisation's IT environment and play a key role in shaping future IT strategy.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for ensuring all systems are secure, stable, and aligned with business requirements, while driving continuous improvement across the IT function.
What's involved for the IT Manager
1. Oversee and manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hardware and software
2. Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and meet business operational needs
3. Manage IT upgrades, maintenance schedules, and system performance
4. Implement and maintain cyber security controls, backups, and disaster recovery processes
