This is a fantastic opportunity to gain classroom experience without the pressure of planning or marking. As an Unqualified Teacher, you'll be delivering pre-set lessons, managing behaviour, and keeping students on task while providing a positive learning environment.
The role:
* Delivering lessons already planned by subject teachers
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a calm, safe environment
* Supporting students to stay focused and engaged
* Acting as a positive role model within the school community
About you:
* Confident and comfortable managing groups of young people
* Previous experience in roles such as Leader, Manager, Sports Coach, Dance Coach, or similar is highly desirable
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* A professional and adaptable approach to working in different school settings
