About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with classroom teachers and SENCOs to provide 1:1 or small group support to children with additional needs. These may include: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) ADHD Speech and Language difficulties Learning difficulties Emotional or behavioural challenges You will play a vital role in helping students access the curriculum, build confidence, and develop independence in a safe and nurturing environment.
