Operations Manager - Birmingham (Hybrid)
Salary: £62,537 + 4% pay award from April 2026
Driving licence required
Responsibilities
* Lead maintenance operations across a diverse property portfolio
* Oversee responsive repairs and maintenance
* Manage Trade Supervisors, Engineers, Surveyors and subcontractors
* Ensure high-quality, customer-focused service delivery
* Lead on void property turnaround and social housing operations
* Drive performance while meeting time, cost and quality targets
What we’re looking for
* Experience in social housing
* Strong knowledge of void property processes
* Proven leadership of operational or technical teams
* Technical/trade background is highly desirable
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Full UK driving licence
