A well-established and purpose-led consumer brand is looking for a commercially-minded Analytics Manager to support strategic decision-making across its UK and North American operations.
You'll join a growing data function with a clear mission: to turn deep analysis into meaningful business action - across marketing, customer growth, operations, and product strategy.
🔍 What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead detailed analytics projects to support performance, customer insights, and market understanding
* Work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, category, and operations teams
* Track campaign effectiveness and recommend data-driven budget allocations
* Support market expansion and product optimisation through data
* Manage and mentor a junior analyst
* Explore and extract value from complex data sources including SAP, logistics, and systems
🚀 What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in analytics roles (commercial, marketing, or forensic analytics)
* Strong SQL skills, and experience with either R or Python
* A STEM degree and solid foundation in statistics or modelling
* Ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for stakeholders
* Experience in consumer-focused businesses, agencies, or consultancies
