Job Title: Construction Lecturer
Location: Weymouth, Dorset
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (30 hours, 52 weeks)
Salary: Up to £29,984.45 per annum (depending on qualifications & experience)
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging sessions across a range of Bricklayering courses
* Assess, review and track learner progress
* Maintain accurate course and student records
* Embed employability and workplace skills into the curriculum
* Support learners to achieve and progress
Requirements
* NVQ 2 qualification with industry experience
* Ability to work effectively within a team
* Passion for education and learner development
