Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen, for anyone looking for a challenge, to join the team at the Airbus Support Centres UK based in RAF Brize Norton, Oxfordshire. Reporting to the Part-145 Support Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities
1. Create component assets and link associated airworthiness data
2. Accurately enter and update maintenance data into the digital system
3. Review and verify maintenance records for completeness and accuracy
4. Coordinate with maintenance technicians to ensure timely data entry
5. Generate and distribute maintenance reports as required
6. Assist in the development and maintenance of digital data entry procedures
7. Perform regular audits of digital records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
8. Manage tasks and projects as delegated by management
Skill Set
Essential
9. Proficiency with data entry software and digital record-keeping systems
10. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
12. Excellent communication skills
13. Manage tasks and projects effectively
Desirable
14. Previous experience in aircraft maintenance or aviation data management
15. Familiarity with aviation regulations and compliance standards
16. Advanced skills in Google Office Suite, particularly sheets
