Job Description
* Coordinate and implement changes in warehouse processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
* Monitor and evaluate operational performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics and supply chain activities.
* Provide detailed reporting on project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements within the warehouse.
* Support the training and development of team members in new processes and systems.
* Ensure health and safety standards are upheld during the implementation of changes.
* Resolve operational issues promptly to minimise disruptions in the logistics workflow.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Warehouse Change Coordinator should have:
* Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
* Experience in warehouse operations within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
* Proven ability to manage and implement operational changes effectively.
