The FP&A Manager will provide insight and challenge to ensure business leaders develop, agree and deliver on ambitious, strategically aligned and financially disciplined plans. This is a key role in supporting the senior business leaders with analysis, financial planning (including modelling) and reporting. The FP&A manager also provides business partnering services to influence commercial decisions and support with ongoing assessment against the group’s longer term growth plans.
What We Want You To Do
- Support and contribute to the production of the business plan with accountability for the financial budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes for the group.
- Support key stakeholders by providing modelling and analysis to identify and appraise potential strategic initiatives and business cases with subsequent performance reviews.
- Produce regular KPI reporting in line with SLAs, ensuring accuracy and audience understanding; apply continuous improvement to enhance overall analysis and highlight drivers of change to support delivery of long‑term strategic business goals.
- Produce monthly performance analysis at a product level to highlight trends and understand variances to expectation.
- Create strong working relationships with the commercial product owners, provide insight and challenge where necessary.
- Produce regular financial and commercial reporting for internal and external stakeholders to give an overview of business performance, highlighting key trends, actions, and strategic implications.
- Prepare and analyse customer economics split by product & route to market, including cost of customer acquisition and cost to serve.
- Business partner with operational stakeholders to enable and deliver timely business insight via monthly reconciliations and KPI reporting.
- Incorporate the latest insights on product performance and strategic initiatives into the business plan, with a broader awareness when appraising business cases.
- Support projects and one‑off analyses to help appraise acquisitions and internal due diligence.
- Challenge current ways of working and drive efficiencies across the business and finance team.

- Forecasts produced are accurate and aligned to group accounting policies with all variances understood and any risks to performance identified and escalated.
- All FP&A reporting requirements are accurate and completed in line with SLAs.

What You Need to Have Already Done to Be Right for this Role
- Previous experience working in an FP&A role.
- Previous experience supervising or leading a small team preferred.
- Experience building detailed models and forecasts in a complex environment with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Proven experience handling large data sets, delivering meaningful insights to a range of stakeholders.
- Successful track record of building key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of key accounting principles and how to incorporate them into complex models.
