Key Responsibilities of a Vehicle Inspector
* Capture high-quality images of damage as required, adhering to customer inspection standards. Review images to ensure they meet customers’ expectations for quality.
* Communicate with several internal and external partners to ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and accurately.
* Have the ability to autonomously identify damage and previous repairs, applying appropriate repair methods.
* Load work into designated areas and allocate costs to the appropriate responsibility.
* Fulfil additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
* Ensuring adherence to and improvement upon the quality of service as outlined in working procedures, as well as compliance with Health & Safety responsibilities and ISO 9001 accreditation.
* Maintaining awareness, knowledge, and training on environmental issues within the ISO 14001 standard.
* Ensuring compliance with site rules established by BMW.
Skills Required as a Vehicle Inspector
* Previous experience as a Vehicle Inspector.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues accurately.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
