Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for delivering impactful pension projects? We're looking for a skilled and driven HR Project Specialist (Pensions) to join our Chester based client and play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic pension initiatives.
About the Role
In this role, you will lead and support a range of HR pension-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and provide expert guidance on pension schemes and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of pension projects, including implementation, change management, and process improvements
* Act as a subject matter expert on pension schemes, policies, and compliance
* Partner with HR, finance, and external providers to ensure seamless project execution
* Analyse data and provide insights to support decision-making
* Ensure all pension activities comply with current legislation and best practices
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in HR project management, ideally with a focus on pensions
* Strong knowledge of pension schemes and relevant regulations
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
