Our charity delivers oracy workshops in schools all over England and Wales and as we continue to grow we need more staff to support our work.
Whilst this post is predominantly an administration role, additional experience in sales or a keen interest in developing the role into a hybrid Sales/Administration role would be an advantage.
Please note that we cannot consider applications that dont include a separate Cover Letter as detailed below.
The position needs a capable and competent spoken and written communicator. You'll enjoy being super organised and managing the administration customer bookings assigned to you. You will occasionally need to telephone accounts departments and teachers regarding your bookings but most communication is by email and DocuSign.
You will interpret new bookings created on our CRM and from the information send Agreements to schools. Those Agreements need to be signed and returned promptly so you will be tracking that and sending reminders as necessary.
In addition, you will be collecting other information relating to the booking from the school to inform our trainers of such things as timetable, contact names and bespoke requests.
You will set up feedback reports and Impact Reports and send the links to the trainers. You will then check and process to PDF for the Sales Manager to send to the school after workshop delivery.
While analysing data, updating contact records and preparing impact reports, you'll be fastidious in your attention to detail while always putting the needs of the school first. Proficiency in using MS, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets and a CRM - (we use Capsule) is essential and experience of DocuSign would be an advantage.
The potential sales role would include communication with schools to secure workshop bookings and you would build up to be responsible for your own customer base and sales leads which will include updating contact records, preparing reports, analysing data and building excellent relationships with teachers and schools.
