Overview,
Our Client is a Warehouse and Transport leading provider of reliable warehousing, transport, and logistics solutions. With a strong reputation built on trust and performance, we’re expanding our reach and seeking a results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to grow our client base and maximise opportunities within existing accounts.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for driving business growth by developing new relationships, strengthening existing partnerships, and promoting our full range of logistics and transport services. This role suits a proactive sales professional with proven experience in the warehouse, transport, or logistics sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and win new business opportunities within transport and logistics.
* Grow revenue from existing customers through account management and upselling.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
* Deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
* Work closely with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Track sales performance and maintain accurate CRM records.
About You:
* Proven track record in B2B sales or business development within warehousing, transport, or logistics.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
* Knowledge of supply chain and transport operations.
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to client sites when required.
