Purpose of the role
Based at Bedford Link, this role involves carrying out day-to-day Quality Department functions, primarily focusing on warehousing and transport activities within Movianto UK. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory legislation, including the Good Distribution Practice (GDP) for Medicinal Products, ISO9001, ISO13485, and ISO14001.
How you will make an impact as a Quality Officer at Movianto:
* Oversee all quality activities within the region, ensuring compliance to regulatory and internal standards.
* Lead investigations into deviations, root cause analysis, and CAPA management.
* Ensure accurate reporting and temperature data management for storage facilities.
* Assist in training staff on QA and GDP processes.
* Support internal audits and assist with external audits and client visits.
* Promote quality management systems and practices to maintain high standards across all operations.
What it will take to thrive as a Quality Officer at Movianto:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a quality department certified to ISO9001 or ISO13485.
* Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries or other regulated sectors.
* Strong knowledge of ISO9001 auditing, GDP guidelines, and quality management systems.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive, team-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment.
