Planet Pharma is seeking a
Commercial & Customer Service Representative
to join the Product Supply & Logistics team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced commercial and customer-focused environment while supporting the supply of medicines across the UK.
What you'll do:
Manage customer communications (calls, emails, etc.), working closely with an external call centre partner
Liaise directly with internal sales teams to support supply chain operations
Process supply orders and resolve payment disputes
Provide first-line administrative support including payment and accounting tasks
Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports using tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Business Objects
Support continuous improvement projects that ensure efficient distribution of medicines across the UK
What we're looking for:
Strong communication skills with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
Team player with a drive to complete tasks to a high standard
Confidence handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
Good working knowledge of Excel (training provided for other analytics tools)
Organised and detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple responsibilities
