Hey there! We’re Skyflo Digital, and we’re on the lookout for a savvy Salesforce Consultant to help us design, build, and optimise awesome Salesforce CRM solutions for our clients.
Skyflo Digital is a leading digital transformation agency specialising in Salesforce solutions. We partner with organisations to optimise their operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive growth through innovative technology implementations. We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team, with a preference for candidates who also possess Education Cloud experience.
The Role
As a Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant at Skyflo Digital, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimising Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for our diverse client base. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver robust, scalable solutions. Your expertise in Service Cloud will be essential in helping our clients enhance their customer service operations, streamline workflows, and improve overall efficiency. For candidates with Education Cloud experience, you will also contribute to projects focused on transforming educational institutions' operations.
* Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Conduct workshops and interviews with clients to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for Salesforce Service Cloud.
* Solution Design: Design scalable and effective Service Cloud solutions that align with client objectives, Salesforce best practices, and industry standards.
* Configuration & Customisation: Configure and customise Salesforce Service Cloud features, including cases, entitlements, service console, knowledge, live agent, and more.
* Implementation & Deployment: Lead and support the implementation and deployment of Service Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
* Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption and utilisation of the Salesforce platform.
* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with project managers, developers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
* Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and user manuals.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on Salesforce Service Cloud.
* Education Cloud (Preferential): If applicable, leverage Education Cloud experience to contribute to projects for educational institutions, understanding their specific needs and challenges.
What You Bring
* Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud.
* Proven experience in implementing and configuring Salesforce Service Cloud features.
* Solid understanding of Service Cloud best practices and declarative automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Preferential: Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud, including knowledge of common use cases and functionalities within educational institutions.
Certifications
* Salesforce Business Analyst.
* Duration: Initial 2-month contract
* Extension: Potential for a 12-month extension based on a successful POC and project extension
