Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bid Manager based in Lincoln, with some flexibility to work from home. The Bid Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, including bid preparation, writing, and submission of proposals. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely deliverables, and maintaining alignment with client expectations. The Bid Manager will play a key role in crafting competitive bids, ensuring compliance with bid requirements, and continuously improving bid strategies and processes.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Bid Preparation, Bid Management, and Bid Processes
Experience in Bid Writing and Proposal Management
Excellent Organizational and time-management abilities
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in collaborating across teams and managing deadlines
Experience in the drainage or waste management industry is an advantage
