The business works closely with customers in sectors including data centres, heat pumps, and hydrogen technologies, delivering innovative, sustainable products to a global market. The Opportunity This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for leading and developing a Process Engineering team, supporting new product introduction and the transfer of products into global manufacturing sites. The role combines technical process expertise with people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and structured project delivery.
