Do you want to develop new sales skills that will help you become a top biller, leader, or even a business owner one day? That’s what you’re going to learn here…

—-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Why You Should Join

According to Steven Bartlett in The Diary of a CEO, long-term success is built by filling five key buckets, in the right order:

* Knowledge (what you know)
* Skills (what you can do)
* Network (who you know)
* Resources (what you have)
* Reputation (how the world sees you)
1.
Initially, your role focuses on filling your buckets #1 and #2: Knowledge and Skills, arguably at the most transformative stage of your career.

When you develop real, process-driven sales skills, you unlock the other buckets naturally. You become valuable, in demand, and ultimately, in control of your future.

In your new role, you'll learn a proven sales process that converts 70% of leads, giving you a huge edge in closing deals.

Whether you’re aiming for a leadership position or want to master high-impact sales, these skills will serve you for the rest of your career.

You’ll learn how to run a full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying prospects, through to closing the deal and expanding the account.

You’ll have 2 great mentors in your corner, Ben and Paul, your sales leaders.

You’ll be trained to approach sales the right way: structured, data-led, persistent, and commercially sharp.

You’ll understand what makes a good opportunity, how to build momentum, and how to stay in control of the process

Once you’ve nailed the process, you’ll get full autonomy to run your patch your way, with just weekly check-ins.

You’ll be trusted to manage things as you see best, without micromanagement breathing down your neck.

You'll also spend more time at home with flexible hours and fewer office days.

You’ll only need to visit the head office once every 4-6 weeks, so most of your time can be focused on what really matters - growing your sales and enjoying more time with your family.

It’s easier to sell when you’re dealing with a market-leading product.

With a 95% customer retention rate and top-tier service levels, you’ll have happy customers backing you up and fewer objections to handle.

Your company didn’t lose a single customer through COVID, showing just how reliable the service is.

What you’ll focus on

You’ll be driving strategic sales across London and some of the South East, selling your company's market-leading range of non-woven wiping cloths, with a focus on these key areas:

Your role will be 70% focused on new business and 30% focused on managing existing accounts.

You’ll identify and win new distribution partners using internal data and marketing campaigns with face-to-face visits when the prize is big enough.

Alongside this, you’ll develop demand from end-users in healthcare, hospitality, and industrial sectors, then route it back through your distributors.

What’s great is that around 70% of high-quality leads will be generated for you; it’s down to you to generate the rest.

You’ll also look for growth gaps in existing accounts: introducing new ranges, supporting their sales teams, and joining end-user visits or training sessions to boost results.

You’ll handle technical questions, product queries, and support issues for around 40 accounts, generating £2m annually, with internal teams supporting handling most of the admin for those customers.

Where you’ll be working

You can enjoy stability for yourself and your family as you’ll be working with one of the UK’s longest-lasting family-run businesses, a British manufacturer and supplier of non-woven wiping cloths.

They’ve been around since 1891, recently acquired a competitor, turnover £25m annually and are currently growing at their fastest rate in history with a view to reaching £40m in the next 3-5 years.

With market-leading products and top-tier service, they make it easier for you to succeed in sales.

What you’ll need

* At least 1 year of new business experience - you know how to win new accounts, not just manage existing ones.
* Experience selling physical products, not services.
* A process-driven mindset - you’re structured and methodical in how you move deals through the pipeline.
* Self-managing - you operate independently without needing constant oversight.
* Persistent follow-up - you consistently chase opportunities and keep momentum going.
* You have a growth mindset and are keen to learn
2.
However, this Role Isn't for You If...

You don’t want to learn and work within a structured sales process or utilise data and CRM as part of your sales strategy.

This isn’t micromanagement; it’s a proven formula that you’ll be taught to help you win more business and build long-term success for your entire career.
