Responsibilities
* To ensure all customer expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout.
* To deliver exceptional service, schedule work on customer vehicles, provide accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, and ensure customers are fully aware of likely timescales and costs.
* The promotion of sales of genuine parts and accessories whenever possible, acting on opportunities to sell additional products and services. Take pride in maximising sales and profit opportunities whilst delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
* Be focused on achieving goals; possess excellent interpersonal skills and be recognised as a self-motivated team player and target achiever.
* Have good telephone and face-to-face customer communication.
* Have experience working in a Service Advisor role within an automotive environment.
* Hold a valid UK driving licence.
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced, process-driven aftersales environment and have strong organisation skills.

Now, we want you to be a part of our journey as a Service Advisor at our Skoda Dealership in Burntwood. Basic Salary of £26,000 and £6,000 bonus on top. Service Advisor experience is essential for this role.
Qualifications
* Have experience working in a Service Advisor role within an automotive environment.
* Hold a valid UK driving licence.
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced, process-driven aftersales environment and have strong organisation skills.
