Were seeking a freelancing personal chef who is passionate about making food delicious rather than serviceable for a serious foodie.
Over two half-days a week youll design and prepare a menu of coeliac-safe lunches and dinners for two people.
With a coeliac client, strict cleanliness and awareness of ingredients are essential, as is clear communication. The right candidate will have undertaken allergen management training, and in a previous role personally prepared an allergen-focused HACCP plan or Food Safety Management System documentation.
After agreeing a weekly menu, youll arrange shopping online or in person, then cook and plate each meal ready for the week ahead.
