Workforce Transformation – Senior Consultant
Capgemini Invent is looking for a Senior Consultant to help clients rethink the end‑to‑end people experience and deliver sustainable business outcomes through innovative workforce transformation frameworks.
Your Role
* Partner with client stakeholders to understand organizational goals, assess workforce challenges, and shape transformation agendas.
* Provide advisory services on workforce trends, talent management, leadership development, skills strategies, and workplace culture.
* Develop and implement talent acquisition and management solutions, enhance learning and development programs, and advise on workforce planning that aligns with business strategy and market trends.
* Lead cultural transformation initiatives, foster inclusive, high‑performing environments, and guide organizations through behavioural change.
* Lead scoping, planning, and delivery of workforce transformation projects, ensuring solutions are innovative, data‑iven, and aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
* Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and leadership sessions to co‑create solutions, build consensus, and drive stakeholder buy‑in.
* Coach and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications
* Experience in client‑facing consulting roles, preferably with depth in Talent, Skills, Learning, Workforce Planning or Culture.
* Strong communication and relationship building skills across all levels of client and Capgemini Invent.
* Desirable: Proven ability in matrixed organisations, Agile methodology, Design Thinking, Change Management, proposition building and delivery.
* Security cleared or eligible to obtain clearance.
Business Development
* Lead and contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, and client pitches.
* Host and manage client events and internal thought‑tank sessions.
Internal Contribution
* Campaign development, whitepapers, practice development, and offering enhancement.
* Support internal delivery operations and recruiting initiatives.
Learning & Development
* Training and certification programs to support career development and skill demand.
Your Profile

* Experience in a major consulting firm or consulting‑background industry.
* Passion for workforce transformation and open to transition into consulting.
* Excellent client relationship management skills.
