This role combines hands-on project delivery with leadership and mentorship. It's ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic oversight and direct involvement in the field.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of projects through all stages, from initiation to completion
* Allocate tasks based on team capabilities and project needs
* Supervise on-site engineers and ensure quality assurance through to sign-off
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
* Lead and support other project managers, fostering development and consistency
* Resolve escalated or complex project issues
* Maintain clear documentation, including RAMS
* Act as a senior point of contact for clients and partners
What You'll Need
* Demonstrable experience in senior project management
* Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
* Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
* Technical or AV experience is a plus
* Ability to manage pressure and competing demands
* Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com
* Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed
