Key Responsibilities
* Provide a wide range of high-quality beauty and relaxation treatments tailored to each guest
* Maintain a serene, professional, and luxurious environment at all times
* Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation of all treatment spaces
* Build calm, trusting relationships with guests while maintaining full confidentiality
* Operate with discretion and sensitivity in line with the expectations of a private estate
Requirements
* Recognised beauty therapy qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* Experience working in high-end or luxury environments is strongly preferred
* Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and a passion for exceptional guest care
* Flexibility and reliability, with availability to work evening shifts from 4:00pm
