Full time hours on a temporarybasis
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake internal and external stock condition surveys of residential properties
* Assess building components including kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, windows, doors, and building services
* Collect, record, and validate accurate property data using handheld devices or asset management systems
* Identify defects, health and safety risks, and compliance issues
* Provide clear recommendations for repairs, maintenance, and planned works
* Support the development of stock investment and planned maintenance programmes
* Liaise professionally with residents, contractors, and internal teams
* Ensure surveys are completed in line with agreed standards and timescales
* Maintain accurate records and produce reports as required
* Work independently, managing your own workload and site visits
