The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently will be highly valued. Previous experience in sales is essential, as is a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
About the role:
* Responding promptly to all incoming leads from website forms, phone calls, social media, and email.
* Qualify leads by identifying key requirements (purpose, size, budget, timeframe).
* Book showroom appointments or telephone consultations based on client readiness.
* Follow-up with clients that have visited the showroom.
* Welcome clients to the showroom and guide them through the available garden room models.
* Learn and discuss the product.
* Guide customers through standard designs and custom options.
* Create tailored design concepts using our design software.
* Prepare quotes based on specifications.
* Update quotes as clients refine their requirements.
* Appointment & Site Visit Coordination
* Quotation Follow-up & Pipeline Management
* Manage new leads
* Conduct showroom consultations
* Attend site visits (to accompany another member of staff on site visits).
* Convert active quotes
