What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Learning Support Assistant, you'll work in primary classrooms, helping pupils feel confident, supported, and ready to learn. You might be working one-to-one, supporting small groups, or assisting the teacher with class activities.
Your role may include:
* Helping pupils stay focused and engaged in lessons
* Supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) or additional learning needs
* Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
