The Vacancy
Job Description:
Preparation of business reporting metrics ensuring quality of data collection combined with Power BI tool (training to be given)
Producing ongoing performance metrics and presenting these to accounts managers, senior managers, and operational teams.
Cleanse supplier imports and issue to BSA teams for review
Provide Operations with regular material spend reports
Essential skills:
Soft & Stakeholder Skills Communication: Ability to translate complex data into insights for non-technical stakeholders (e.g. service managers, finance, sales).
Problem-solving: Investigating data gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in contract performance.
Collaboration: Working closely with operations, finance, sales, and service delivery teams.
Attention to detail: Especially important when working with compliance and billing data.
