Working for an established business in Derbyshire, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of the business, and support the wider team with all administration duties.
Duties
Direct and oversee other staff members to make sure daily operations align with the vision of thepany.
Manage the customer service aspect of the organisation, optimising and improving the bottom line of thepany.
Supervise other employees
Develop and maintain departmental budgets
Approves all spending for the various departments
Aides in marketing and public relations for thepany
Maintains a positive outlook and attitude about the organisation and its goals
Manage and process invoices
Purchase office consumables
What you will need
• You will be an experienced Office Manager who can oversee all the administration functions for a small team.
• A knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellentmunication skills
• Flexibility
Be a good all-round office person.
This is a full-time role from Monday to Friday.
