As a Talent Acquisition Team Leadfor ourManufacturing and Supply Chainfunction, you will hold a visible, high-impact leadership role at the heart of our regional talent is astrategic leadership role that blends people leadership, business partnering, and project management tomaximisehow we attract, engage, and hire world-class talent, with an engaged and motivated high performing team.

How you will contribute

Business Partnering

You will serve as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, embedding TA deeply into business decision-making.

1. Functionalbusiness partneras avisible andtrusted talent advisorto key leaders (PL and Functionalleads) —understand their strategic workforce priorities,anticipatehiring needs, and co-create talent strategies that directly support business objectives. Use data to shape the agenda – sharing externalinsightsto support strategy. Being the advocate and escalation point for business feedback.

2. Talent pipelining and planning—be a lead in the maintenance of our functional pipelines, ensuring that our pipelines are aligned to business requirement and are delivered on plan.

3. Reporting– build, generate andmaintainreporting on a weekly,monthlyand quarterly basis

4. Drive hiring manager capability —equip leaders with the tools, training, and confidence to be effective partners in the recruitment process (interviewing skills, candidate experience, inclusive hiring practices). Leading the Licence to Recruit training toour leadersand hiring teams.

5. Manage expectations proactively — provide regular, transparent updates on recruitment activity, pipeline health, and market conditions, ensuring stakeholders are informed and confident in the TA function's delivery.

8. Drive performance excellence — set clear expectations,monitorindividual and team performance against KPIs and SLAs, and take decisive action to address gaps and recognise high performance

9. Lead through change — act as a visible champion of transformation, guiding your team through new ways of working with empathy, resilience, and a growth mindset

10. Model leadership behaviours —demonstrateintegrity, inclusivity, and a passion for talent that sets the tone for the wider TA community

11. Cultivate team engagement — proactively manage team wellbeing, motivation, and morale, ensuring sustained high performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

12. Talent management —identify, attract, andretaintop talent within your own team, building a robust succession pipeline

E-TALT (Extended TA Leadership Team)

13. Be an active member of the E-Talt community. Lead,participateand drive delivery on projectson a local,globaland regional basis.

14. Represent theUK&ITA Team as a visible and vocal representative of the Team – sharing updates and initiatives to a wider audiencein People and TA forums.

Proficiencywith TA technology (ATS, CRM, case management tools, reporting/analytics platforms)

Communication:

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills — able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences

Confident presenting to senior leadership andfacilitatingworkshops or training sessions

This position is a key leader within the UK&I TA Team.

The successful candidate will lead the MSC Hiring Team - Business Partnering the function.
