Weâre looking for a confident, commercially savvy Client Development Manager to join our team at Reed Talent Solutions. If you love building strong client relationships, spotting opportunities for growth, and driving service improvements, this could be your next move.
In this role, youâll manage a portfolio of key MSP clients, working closely with our Talent Acquisition teams, branch network, and supplier partners to deliver top-tier recruitment solutions. Youâll be the go-to person for client engagementâwhether thatâs through Teams calls, face-to-face meetings, or strategic planning sessions.
Youâll dive deep into each clientâs world, understand their talent challenges, and help shape solutions that make a real impact. From stakeholder engagement using Miller Heiman methodology to collaborating on market insights and continuous improvement initiatives, youâll be at the heart of making âBetter never stopsâ a reality.
What youâll bring:
* Must have experience managing complex MSP/RPO programmes
* Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
* Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
* Confidence in presenting and influencing senior stakeholders
