We are seeking an Investment Banking M&A Associate in our Industrial and Consumer sectors to help support strong growth in the practice.
This position offers flexibility with 3 days per week in our London office and 2 days remote.
The Impact Youll Make:
* Providing quantitative qualitative and analytical support and analysis for mergers and acquisitions and other financial advisory services to clients across a variety of industries.
* Preparing company valuations financial models and client presentations.
* Due diligence project management document processing and financial/statistical analysis.
* Depending on experience Associates can range from No.2 to No.4 on advisory teams.
* Associates may be assigned specific departmental responsibilities including in relation to business development activities.

* Stock Market and general economic awareness
One of the following qualifications:
* Bachelors degree with a minimum GPA of 2.5 (or equivalent).
* Qualified Accountant or Lawyer.
* MBA graduate.
* 1 years experience in an Associate or equivalent role within an investment bank or relevant industry.
