What's the role ?
Health, Safety & Quality
* Ensures a health and safety mindset, and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Daily operation of container filling/labelling machinery safely and efficiently to produce top quality products.
* Report and/or correct safety issues. Maintain proper safety conditions of equipment and surroundings.
* Perform quality inspections on materials and finished product. Quality checks to include, codes, seals and weights.
* Responsible for proper and accurate product/package/code changes.
* Perform all filling/labelling operator CIP duties and surface foaming with mechanical cleaning for all other areas in accordance with specified cleaning schedules.
* Perform simple preventative maintenance, i.e clean, inspect, lubricate and tighten.
* Monitor equipment and process performance and correct /raise issues before they become problem.
Attributes/Experience
* Good communicator with ability to understand instructions
* Previous experience in an FMCG or related company.
* Food hygiene certificate.
* NVQ level 2 or equivalent is desirable to demonstrate basic level of vocational learning ability.
* Experience of SAP process order management and automated data collection systems i.e SCADA, OEE, SPC.
