Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: South East England, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £80 - £90 Per day Job Duties: Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) in classroom activities Assisting the SEN teacher in preparing and delivering tailored learning materials Monitoring and recording students' progress and behaviour Providing one-on-one support to students as required Collaborating with other staff members to create a supportive learning environment Required Qualifications: A valid DBS check Previous experience working with children with SEN Education: Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths Experience: Experience in a similar role within an educational setting Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of different learning styles and needs of students with SEN Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team Patience and empathy when working with students Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in SEN support Working Conditions: Working within a school environment Potential requirement to attend training sessions or workshops All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
