Contract Planning Estimator We're looking for a Contract Planning Estimator to join our growing team at our state-of-the-art Head Office in Barton Upon Humber. About the Role You'll be responsible for designing and estimating kitchens for the contracts sector — analysing project plans, producing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring every design meets customer requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Analyse plans, BOQs, and project documents to estimate costs. Produce accurate estimates to support customer-focused designs. Attend client and sales team meetings when required. Prepare and submit Design Approval packs. Ensure designs meet regulations and deadlines. Provide technical support and manage design or cost variations. Process POs and assist with enquiries and ongoing projects. Work collaboratively with sales, production, and site teams. What We're Looking For You'll be an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual who thrives under pressure and enjoys problem-solving. Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills are essential. Excellent time management and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and planning software. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Desired Skills: Experience using planner/CAD software. Ability to read architect or kitchen drawings. Knowledge of kitchen planning, design, or installation. Previous estimating or design experience.
