Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a multi-award-winning tailor-made travel company who are recruiting a Client Experience Specialist to join their team.
The Role:
As Client Experience Specialist you will support the operational delivery of tailor-made travel itineraries from booking through to departure. Working closely with Destination Managers and suppliers, you will ensure confirmations are accurate, flights are managed, client documentation is prepared, and all booking administration is handled efficiently.
You Will Have:
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple booking files at different stages of the delivery process
* A strong eye for detail and a process-driven approach to ensuring bookings are delivered accurately
* Experience working with flight itineraries, airline routing, fares and policies, including multi-sector journeys and schedule changes
* Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to finding solutions
* Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and suppliers
* Comfortable working across multiple technology platforms including reservations systems and supplier booking tools
* A personable and collaborative approach, with the ability to support colleagues across the wider team

* Based in Gloucestershire with hybrid/remote working possible
