£24,000 to £26,000 per annum, DOE

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with a background in scheduling, engineering services, or technical field support to join a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage field engineers’ diaries and service schedules
* Book and confirm service appointments with clients
* Update and maintain job sheets, service records, and work logs
* Handle incoming customer service calls and email enquiries
* Prepare and send out detailed job reports and service documentation
* Organise and dispatch parts to engineers and customers
* Support purchasing activities during staff holiday cover
* Provide general administrative support across the service team
What You’ll Need:
* Previous experience as a Service Administrator, Service Coordinator, or Administrator in a manufacturing or engineering environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple engineer schedules
* Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
* Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to prioritise workload in a busy and deadline-driven setting
* A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
