We’re currently looking for aBodyshop Administratorto join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for customer service to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support across the bodyshop, including reception cover
Handle incoming enquiries, phone calls, and customer bookings
Take and upload vehicle images to the estimating system
Manage courtesy vehicle check-ins and check-outs
Track and report on vehicle repair progress for insurance partners
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and update internal systems accordingly
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in an office or administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Confident with diary management and follow-ups
Calm and professional approach to resolving customer queries
Well-presented, process-driven, and self-motivated
