Overview
An Employment Solicitor is needed to join a reputable legal practice in the Windsor area. The solicitor should have the ability to work matters independently.
Responsibilities
* Duties: Advising mainly employee clients on employment law matters such as settlement agreements and unfair dismissal claims. This includes discrimination claims, whistleblowing, union detriment and other union-related claims, TUPE and claims with multiple claimants. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and regulatory developments. Advise Union Officers when required. Time recording and billing to target.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor with 8+ years PQE.
* Strong background in Employment law, including court and tribunal work.
* Ability to manage a caseload independently and work well in a team.
* Excellent technical and client care skills.
* Business development and networking skills.
