Head of Sales - Manufacturing
Location: West Midlands (On-site)
Salary: £55-65K + bonus + benefits (DOE)

A long established and highly reputable UK manufacturer is seeking a Head of Sales to lead its commercial function and drive the next phase of growth.
The business operates at the intersection of healthcare, consumer products and retail, supplying both professional and commercial markets through established distribution channels. The Role
Reporting into the Managing Director, you will take full ownership of the sales function, combining strategic leadership with hands‑on account management.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day sales operations, forecasting and performance management
Manage and develop key national accounts across healthcare, retail and distribution channels
Drive revenue growth across existing customers and new business opportunities
Identify and develop new routes to market and commercial strategies
Lead and develop internal sales teams
Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure delivery and compliance

The Person - Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within manufacturing or product-based business
Strong track record of key account management and revenue growth
Experience working with healthcare, consumer, retail or distribution channels
Ability to operate both strategically and operationally in an SME environment
Credible, collaborative leadership style with strong stakeholder management skills

Experience within consumer healthcare, OTC products, medical devices or similar sectors is essential.
