We are looking for an EXPERIENCED ADVERTISING SALES MANAGER to join our team.
WORKING REMOTELY you will be selling our ADEVERTISING DISPLAYS, PROMOTIONAL MERCHANDISE for our PARTNERED PROFESSIONAL & SEMI PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL & CRICKET CLUBS building client relationships, heading up a team of 3 sales consultants and identifying new business leads.
Job Overview
As a Advetising Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing event business for DORSET MEDIA. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client and team relationships, understanding the needs, and proposing tailored event solutions inline within expectations.
Responsibilities
* Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and online research.
* Client & Sales Team Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
* Sales Presentations and Proposals : Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, highlighting the benefits of our event solutions.
* Sales Team Training
* Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
* Post-Event Follow-up: Conduct post-event follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for future business.
* Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress.
Experience
* Proven experience in Advertising Sales Management is essential
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships.
* Target-driven and results-oriented
* Knowledge of the event industry and local market.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
