Key Responsibilities:

* Lead small group sessions and whole-class activities as needed.
* Provide targeted support to students, including those with additional learning needs.
* Assist in the assessment of students' progress and provide feedback.
* Contribute to the development of individualized learning plans.
* Mentor and guide other teaching assistants and support staff.
* Participate in the planning and execution of school events and activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
* HLTA status or equivalent qualification is essential.
* Proven experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
