Overview
We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help run the day-to-day at Tipo. You'll need a solid background in hospitality, a genuine passion for great service, and the leadership skills to keep everything running smoothly.
What you'll be doing
* Overseeing restaurant operations to make sure service is efficient and guests have a great experience.
* Managing stock levels and ordering supplies so the restaurant is always ready to go.
* Making sure the space is clean, safe, and in line with health regulations.
* Leading and supporting the team, creating a positive and collaborative environment.
* Dealing with customer questions, feedback, or complaints in a professional and friendly way.
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor or in a similar hospitality role.
* A strong leader who can motivate, support, and guide a team.
* Great organisational skills and attention to detail, especially when it comes to food service.
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can stay calm under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills - both with your team and with guests.

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
