We're now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Call Centre Handler to join our dedicated team to outreach to our existing Retailers encouraging re stock orders.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to encourage existing Retailers to place re stock orders.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry into the system.
* Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and professionalism during all communications.
* Build rapport with existing Retailers, providing a friendly link with weekly to fortnightly calls, checking in on sales progress and replenishment needs, along with providing advice as required.
* Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices.
What we're looking for
* Strong knowledge of effective sales strategies.
* Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is essential.
* Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in English is essential; multilingual candidates are also encouraged to apply.
* GCSE Grade C / Grade 4 or above in English.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
* A Team spirit with a strong desire to learn and grow.
