You will supervise the Warehouse Operatives, providing training, coaching and working with Management teams to identify training needs as well as potential risks in our operation. You’ll ideally hav e:Experience of working in a fast paced environment, preferably from a 24/7 logistics, warehouse, FMCG or similar industry backgrou ndExperience managing a large operation and the ability to liaise at all leve lsOutstanding communication skills and the credibility to effectively build relationships with all team members and manageme ntExperience of planning and effectively executing a warehouse operation.
