Warehouse Team Leader - Melmerby - Supply Chain

As a Warehouse Team Leader based in Melmerby you’ll be responsible for:
1. Leading, motivating and developing a team of up to 12 colleagues maintaining clean and safe working conditions.
2. Ensuring goods loaded and unloaded are dealt with safely, accurately, and efficiently along with managing all escalations.
3. Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators and promoting a continuous improvement culture.
This is a full-time, permanent role working hours per week Monday to Friday between 18:00pm – 02:00am.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
4. Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor, managing a team in a warehouse or logistic environment would be ideal.
5. Experience in Manual Handling Equipment and working to KPIs/SLAs desirable
6. Excellent communication skills
