This is a full-time, permanent position based at Team Valley, with hybrid working after training, paying £26,393.75 per annum.

As a Service Plan Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customer and dealership inquiries related to the service plan product. This role involves managing customer communications via email and phone, including cancellations, refunds, bank account updates, and payment issues. You will also support our dealerships with service plan claims, quotes, card payments, and general inquiries.
About You:
We are seeking a candidate with strong administrative skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, proficiency in computer use, and comfort in handling customer calls. Vehicle service knowledge would be advantageous.
